FREMONT COUNTY GOVERNMENT SURPLUS VEHICLE SEALED BID SALE October 17, 2008
Viewing & Inspection:
� Vehicle list, photos, and descriptions are attached and can be inspected Monday thru Friday, from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm beginning September 26 and ending October 17 at 1578 Dubois Highway in Lander, Wyoming (Fremont County Shop located north of Lander).

Bid Deadline:
� Clearly marked, sealed bids shall be delivered to the Fremont County Vehicle Maintenance Department, 450 North 2nd Street, Suite 310 Lander, WY 82520 no later than Friday, October 17, 2008 at 4 pm.
Terms of Sale:
• Bids will be opened October 21, 2008. Successful bidder notified October 22, 2008.
• All bids must be submitted on this form.
• Acceptable forms of payment include: cash, cashiers check made payable to Fremont County Government. If submitting a personal check, funds will be validated before the vehicle and title are released. Payment must be received within 24 hours of notification of successful bid. If payment is not received, the vehicle will be offered to the next highest bidder.
• Descriptions are believed to be correct, but are not guaranteed. Fremont County Government will not be held responsible for advertising errors or omissions. In addition, all vehicles are sold AS IS with no implied or expressed warranty. All sale items are being offered as-is, where-is, with all defects, and without any warranties. Service records are available for viewing at 1578 Dubois Highway in Lander, Wyoming. Copies may be secured for a fee of .15¢ per copy.
• Fremont County Government may reject any bid that does not meet these terms of sale.
