Fremont County Public Health Nursing services are provided in cooperation with the Wyoming Department of Health and Fremont County Board of Health.

Suggested donation fees are accepted for all services.

Office Hours

Monday thru Friday, 8:00 - 12:00 and 1:00 - 5:00.
Holidays are observed in accordance with the County.

Outlying Clinics

Public Health Nursing services are available periodically in Pavillion, Shoshoni, Jeffrey City and Dubois.
