On a yearly basis, a date is picked and all the staff is offered to test for Patrol positions that may come open in the course of that year. The test is a series of questions including scenario based questions that are asked by a panel of supervisors. The high scores will go on a list and any openings in that year will be offered to the highest score first. Any employee is eligible, but must be in good physical condition and has to be able to pass a physical fitness test at the time of an opening.
